Apartments

Our house has 2 apartments.

The spacious apartments are located in the lower part of the house and in the attic. The apartments each have a separate entrance.

Both apartments have both satellite TV and Wi-Fi and are equipped with professional mosquito repellent on the balcony doors.

Apartment BELOW

Newly renovated in 2017, with terrace

The lower flat has 2 bedrooms and a living room. Up to four people live comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped, with ceramic hob and oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with floor-level, large shower and WC, as well as a separate WC belong to the flat. Free use of WLAN, flat screen TV, satellite TV, mosquito screens on all balcony doors. The entire flat is fitted with parquet or tiles. Towels are changed weekly.

Newly renovated in 2012, with south-facing balcony

The attic flat has a bedroom with box-spring beds (2 m x 2 m) and an extra bed is possible if required. A second separate bedroom has 2 single beds (1 m x 2 m), also available as double beds on request. The flat is comfortable for up to 4 people. Living room with dining table and sofa, flat screen TV, satellite TV. All balcony doors are equipped with mosquito screens. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and 2 washbasins, extra WC with washing facilities. Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave. Free WLAN use. The entire flat has parquet, laminate or tiled floors. The new roof balcony with awning offers a 180° panoramic view of the mountains of Austria and Switzerland. Towels are changed weekly.
